Pinwheel Quilts
Made after a pattern from Marion Patterson.
Sonja chose some animal printed fabrics and combined it with bright colors. It is made out of 2 ½ inc strips. Aren’t those monkeys lock great? For the backing she joined strips in rainbow colors. One of the Kids at Monish might like it.
Because it was fun to do she decided to make an other charity Quilt. This time she chose purple, white, yellow, blue and spotty fabric and to make it a bit bigger she chose 3 inc stripes. She quilted it on a domestic machine with walking foot in a zigzag pattern. A girl might like it.

Nina gave us an other class in making Origami squares for bags. We brought our own fabrics along and she showed us how to put them together....
